I am an artist living in Minneapolis. I have an upcoming show in a gallery that goes over the time of Our Souls day and the Mexican Day of the Dead so I decided to use the idea of here and hereafter - and angels as messengers between the realms - as my theme. The show is titled Calling All Angels. One of the pieces I’m making is a huge (9 ft tall, 7 ft wide) kimono-like robe, all made of feathers that are attached to a tulle framework that I edge bound for stability. The piece is really gorgeous.
