Prefer to Return the Ostrich Feather Kits to Help Save on the
Overall Cost.
Centerpiece Orders Should be Placed at Least 3 Weeks Before the Event
Date...or Sooner as Long as a Rental/Return
Agreement is Signed in Advance of Placing the Order.
Centerpieces Rentals Must be Ordered as a Designated Kit & Paid for 1st
but Can Also be Returned for a Smart Return of Your Origional Investment.
A Refund of $25.00 Will be Given for Each Complete Centerpiece Kit Returned Assuming
the Feathers are in Like New, Undamaged Condition.
Customers are Allowed to Return All or Some Centerpieces Since Often
Relatives & Friends Request to Keep One for Themselves. In this Instance,
a Credit Would be Given for Actual Centerpieces Returned.
Centerpiece Kits Will Arrive Unassembled & Need to be Put Together. They
are Very Easy to Create & Should Take Only a Few Minutes Each or a Couple of Hours
at Most for a Larger Order. These will go Quickly with the Help of a Few Friends!
Instructions Will be Included.
It is Expected that the Person(s) Who Unpacks the Kits Will Also Repack
the Order for a Safe Return. Please Try to Repack as the Kits as Originally Received
if Possible to Help Us to Quickly Check the Kits Back in.
Centerpiece Kits Should be Returned Within 2 Weeks After Your Event Date.
It is a Good Idea to Insure Them Against Loss or Damage when You Ship Them Back
& the Cost of Return Shipping is at the Customers Expense.
If a Centerpiece Kit Does Not Reflect Your Choice of Colors, We Can
Customize These for You. Feather Colors Can be a Mix of More Then 1 Color
& Lights or Vase Colors Can be Changed to Another Color that is Already
Available on the Website. Please Order Any
regular Kit & Email:
for any Changes You Might Need.
