I Went to the Cross Prayer Card...I said to the Lord, I dont understand, I needed Your help--Your loving hand. My heart was broken, my soul in despair... I went to the cross, but You werent there. I was so weary, my hope all but gone, beginning to wonder why life should go on. I took all the burdens You said You would bear... I went to the cross, but You werent there. Then, in the stillness, I heard the Lord say, Im right by your side, and Ill never stray. Im always faithful, theres no need to fear, Im all you need and Im always here. I went to the cross, but I didnt stay... I died for your sins, but on the third day, I arose from the grave, as I said I would do.
