Thanksgiving Inspired Pocket Cards Make Great Gifty Handouts!
Thanksgiving Only Comes Once a Year and is the Perfect Time to Reflect on what is Good in Our Life. Be Grateful for True Friends, a Family that Loves Us, a Warm Place to Live. Challenges can Sneek Up on Us and Devour Our Sense of Peace. It is a Good Habit to Flip Every Negative Thought or Feeling into a Positive Slant. Be Grateful...Be Thankful...Stay in Peace...Everyday!
There are many great ways to use Thanksgiving Gift Cards but two of our favorite ideas are:
~ To leave one at each place setting during your Thanksgiving Family Gathering. Ask everyone to offer a few words about what they are most Thankful for this year before the meal. After everyone has shared their expressions of gratitude, say a prayer of Thanks to God. This will personalize the experience and make the gift card a special keepsake they can carry in their wallet. As they see the card throughout the year, it will remind them of God's Goodness to the family and give them new things to share next year. Doing this one thing each year will bring warmth to the family and become a favorite tradition for years to come.
~ Our second favorite idea if for anyone who belongs to a church, food bank or restaurant that feeds the hungry or offers free food to the poor during the holidays. Sharing Gods Love can be easily expressed as simply as including a Thanksgiving Gift Cards in each food box, bag or place setting. They also can be included in the envelope while handing out money gift cards too. Encouraging the receiver to put the card in their wallet will remind them to request help from God and Give Thanks when a Blessing comes their way.
