The Free Stickers Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time on April 26th, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 25th, 2017 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Entries can only be made online.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.smileyme.com to complete and submit the online Entry Form in its entirety during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. You may only enter the Sweepstakes one time. However, you will have the opportunity to earn additional entries if available when you visit the website of any one of thirteen (13) participating retailers ("Participating Retailers") and when your friends ("Friends") enter the Sweepstakes via the links shown on your Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram and/or Pinterest posts. For the purposes of these Official Rules, in order to qualify for the additional entries: Your Friends must be 18 years of age or older and be legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico at the time they enter this Sweepstakes; and the name and email address can only be used once during the Sweepstakes Entry Period regardless if he/she receives more than one invite. Only complete and valid entries, as determined by the Sponsor and/or its Judges, will be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. Use of any automated, robotic, repetitive, programmed or similar entry methods or agents to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor's privacy policy. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, garbled, damaged, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Each daily winner will receive 1 Package of Stickers including Free Shipping with an approximate value of $5.00. The 30th Day Grand Price Winner will receive $100.00 worth of Stickers, School Supplies or any Other Item(s) Currently available via the www.SmileyMe.Com website. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are nontransferable, will not be replaced if lost or stolen and no substitution by the winner is permitted. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be selected via a random daily drawing from all eligible entries received between April 24th, 2017 - May 23rd, 2017. The random drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified by email and may be required to complete, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability ("Affidavit") and a Publicity Release ("Release") within ten (10) days from date of notification. The email provided by each entrant at the time of entry will serve as the contact information of record in respect of all communications with each potential winner. Three attempts will be made to contact the potential winner within a seven (7) day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within the seven (7) day period, or if the e-mail attempt is repeatedly returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, all required documents must be signed and returned by the winner's parent or legal guardian. If an Affidavit/Release or prize is returned as undeliverable or if required documents are not returned within such time period, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be determined from all eligible non-winning eligible entries received. The prize will be awarded approximately within thirty (30) days after receipt and verification of executed documents. The winner will be responsible for payment of all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with the awarding of his/her prize (if any). The winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Participating Retailers, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering you:

2) Agree to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and
3) Agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Sponsor. You can opt out of receiving these newsletters any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. However you must be subscribed at the time the winner is selected. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Information provided by you to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Participating Retailers, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, including advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and legal counsel (collectively, "Releasees"), from any and all liability, claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from their participation in this Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of NC without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. As a condition of entrants' participation in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, and exclusively before a court located in NC. Further, in any such dispute you hereby waive and will not be permitted to seek punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in your participation in this Sweepstakes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. In case of a dispute, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to be determined exclusively by the Sponsor and/or its agent in their sole discretion.
